Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    1 frozen banana
    20 frozen cherries, pitted
    1 c. vanilla almond milk
    1/4 c. walnuts

Directions

Soak walnuts for 20 minutes. Drain. This makes the nuts less fatty and easy to digest. Process nuts in food processor to small pieces. Add other ingredients and process/mix well. Makes 2 serving ... approx. 223 calories. Without the nuts its 138!

Variation: blueberries or strawberries or almonds (soak/drain). Any fruit as long as it frozen.

I eat this a couple hours after dinner. I never want to eat late and feel satisfied.

When you buy bananas, take a couple and peel them and put in a freezer bag to create smoothies or ice cream. I buy 15 lbs at a time to make sure I never run out.
