Introduction

An easy to make low fat potato soup. An easy to make low fat potato soup.
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    about 8 medium potatoes
    1 large onion
    1 pkg cream gravy mix (2 cups)
    water to cover

Directions

cover cubed potatoes and chopped onions with water and bring to a boil. cook until potatoes are desired consistency, I like my soup a little chunky.
Prepare gravy mix and add to soup when done. Add water if neccessary. You can also add Canned Sweet peas, and/or carrots if desired.
