Ingredients

1/2 cup wholegrain self-raising flour
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg
4 tspns sugar
1/2 cup Kellog's Rice Bubbles
Directions
Whisk together the flour, sugar, egg and milk in a medium sized bowl until smooth. Stir in the rice bubbles with a spoon.
Heat a non-stick pan, then drop two tablespoons of the mixture in, allowing room for them to spread a little. When you see bubbles appear, turn them over and cook for another 10-15 seconds.
Serve with gourmet yoghurt and fruit in layers, or your personal choice of topping.
Makes 6.
