Introduction

Seasoning in this recipe is to taste. I love garlic and dill weed, but lessen these if you like. Seasoning in this recipe is to taste. I love garlic and dill weed, but lessen these if you like.

Ingredients

    Tilapia 6oz per serving
    1 small onion sliced
    1-2 tbsp EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
    1 tbsp Garlic Powder or 1-2 cloves Garlic clove (this depending on how much you like garlic use less if you do not like garlic)
    1 tbsp Dill Weed

Directions

Coat the bottom of a large non-stick frying pan with EVOO then lay the onion slices on the bottom of the pan.
Place the tilapia filets on top of the onion slices, then sprinkle with seasonings and cover pan with a lid.
Cook on medium for about 12-15 minutes, turn fish over once half way through cooking. When fish is cooked through it will flake easily with a fork.
Remove from heat and serve with your favorite vegetable and side salad.
