Ingredients

    1 Cup white flour
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 egg beaten
    water as needed


Directions

Place flour and salt in mixing bowl. Slowly mix in oil and egg. Add water as needed. Need dough until it won't stick clean to counter. Tightly wrap dough in plastic wrap and let sit at room temp for approx 1 hour. Roll out into desired thickness and cut as desired. lightly dust cut pieces in flour to prevent sticking. Makes 5 125 gram cooked servings.
