Introduction

These are wonderful sugar-free muffins that are enjoyed by my whole family. These are wonderful sugar-free muffins that are enjoyed by my whole family.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    4 tbsp light margarine
    1 cup unsweetened applesauce
    2 egg whites
    4 oz fat free yogurt, plain
    1/4 cup honey
    1-3/4 cup dry oats (quick 1 minute)
    1/3 cup millet
    1/2 cup brown rice flour
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tbsp ground cinnamon
    3/4 cup raisins

Directions

Mix the first five ingredients then add dry ingredients and raisins. Mix well.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until toothpick pulls out clean.

    Incredible!
    I changed this recipe a bit, I use ground flax instead of millet ground up some oats for the flour and left out the rasins. My kids loved them. They will be made often,tyvm - 8/18/11

    I loved them! I think the sugar free means it is free of refined sugar. I will make them again! - 10/24/07
