Introduction

This is a quick salsa. It's not as flavorful as a fresh salsa, but my family likes it. This is a quick salsa. It's not as flavorful as a fresh salsa, but my family likes it.

Ingredients

    1 can (10 oz) Rotel Mild (Or hotter if you like)
    1 can (14.5 oz) Diced Tomatoes
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro
    1 tsp lime juice
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Put everything in a blender and pulse until blended. Add more salt or lime juice to taste.

Makes 8 servings.
