    * *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 1 medium (remove)
    * *Skim Milk, 1 cup (remove)
    * Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, 1 tsp (remove)


Mix all ingredients together, and cook in pan

  • doubled the recipe. Used egg substitute and 1 cup 2% milk, one cup water. Used a little white flour, too. Everyone loved it! It made a ton of pancakes! Thanks! - 12/30/10

  • substitute 1/2 cup of whole wheat for unbleached white (self rising)
    add 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
    add 1 tsp of vanilla
    add 1 more edd
    add 1/4 cup more of whole wheat and unbleached
