Ingredients
-
* House Foods Tofu Shirataki Noodles, 2 serving (remove)
* trader Joes Latin Style Black Bean Soup, 1 cup (remove)
*1 cup of water
* Ocean Choice Canadian Sole Fillets, 200 gram(s) (remove)
* Trader Joes Sliced Crimini Mushrooms, 85 gram(s) (remove)
* Trader Joes Organic Black Beans, 130 gram(s) (remove)
Directions
Combine 1 cup of Black Bean Soup and 1 cup of water, add mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes or untill mushrooms become soft.
In the meantime drain and rinse the noodles. Rinse them well! About 5 minutes in add them in and steer.
After 10 minutes add the beans. I like to rinse them, it also reduces the sodium contents. The nutritional information is right off the can and includes the sodium from the liquid that they are stored in.
Pepper to taste.
After 10 minutes add pan seared Sole Fillets, and simmer for additional 5 minutes.. I like to put a dash of salt and pepper on them before searing them. The ones I bought are really thin, so I think next time I just add them raw and let the cook in the stew. This will add to cooking time thought.
