Ingredients
-
4 (4 oz) fillets of Tilapia
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 lemon thinly sliced
1/4 cup reduced fat (light) mayo
1/2 cup plain non fat yogurt (or reduced fat sour cream)
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Directions
Season the fillets with the salt, pepper and cajun seasoning on both sides.
Mix together the mayo, yogurt (or sour cream), garlic powder, lemon juice and dill in a small bowl. Set aside.
These can be baked in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, I made it by pan frying in a cast iron skillet that was preheated and then pan fried the fillets for a few minutes on each side. topped each with lemon slices. Serve the Tilapia with the sauce.
