Ingredients

Egg, fresh, 4 large
Milk, nonfat, 2 cup
Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
Applesauce, unsweetened, 1.5 cup
Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 2 cup, Steel Cut Oats, dry, 2.5 cup
eas whey protein powder, 160 gram(s)
Salt, 1 tsp
Flaxseed, 1 cup
Baking Soda, 1 tsp
Baking Powder, 3 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp
Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped
In a bowl add 2 cups of milk to the steel cut oats and let sit until oats are swollen. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
In another bowl mix all the wet ingredients, minus the milk, fully.
Combine wet and dry ingredients mixing well.
Spray muffin pans with Pam and fill. Makes 24 muffins.
Directions
Bake in 350 oven for 25-30 min until done, test center with toothpick.
