Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 cup frozen mixed berries
    1 cup frozen mango (cubed)
    1 cup fresh spinach
    1 cup fat free plain (or vanilla) yogurt
    1/2 cup skim milk or juice
    3 tbsp splenda or sweetener of choice

Directions

Place all ingredients into blender in order listed. Blend well until pourable and spinach is fully blended.

Makes 3-1cup servings!

    Delicious! I didn't have mango, so I used grapes instead. I also used a honey vanilla greek yogurt so that I could get by without adding the sugar. - 3/31/11

    I've tried kiwi instead of mango, but it was a little tart! I'll have to check out the honey greek yogurt. Thanks for the comments! : )
