Introduction

Our local market makes these burgers and this is an attempt to mimic the recipe. Our local market makes these burgers and this is an attempt to mimic the recipe.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb ground lamb
    1/4 cup dry bulgur, soaked in even amount of water and then drained
    3 tbsp dried parsley (or fresh equivalent)
    2 tbsp chopped garlic
    2 tbsp cumin
    1 tbsp coriander
    1/3 cup finely chopped fresh mint (or equivalent dried)

Directions

Soak bulgur in water (cover the grain) and let sit for at least 10 minutes. Drain and add it to the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Cook up on grill or nonstick pan. Makes 6 burgers.
