    8oz Cooked Angel Hair Pasta
    1 egg
    3/4 c. Ricotta
    3 cloves chopped garlic
    1 cup Newman's Own Tomato Basil Sauce
    1 Med. Tomato sliced
    1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
    2oz. Fresh Asiago Cheese (shredded)
    8oz. Sliced Part Skim Mozzerella
    1 cup Whole Milk RIcotta
    Aprox. 15 leaves of Fresh Basil (chopped)


Mix egg, asiago, and angel hair pasta, press in the bottom of a 9x9 glass pan. Layer 1/2c tomato sauce, fresh tomato, mushrooms, 1/2 of chopped basil, and 1/2 of the chopped garlic. press in the ricotta, layer with sliced mozzerella and add remaining garlic and basil. Spread remaining tomato sauce on top. Bake at 425 for 30-45 min or until top is bubbly and cheese is melted.
