Ingredients

    454g steak mince
    1 lrg onion
    2 big tins tomatoes chopped
    1 can kidney beans
    3 cloves thinly chopped garlic
    1 tsp cumin
    pepper(pinch)
    2 tsp chill powder

Directions

in slow cooker
put in your mince
add your ingredients
leave for about 6 hrs cookin just under half way and stir occassionally

sit and enjoy

you can also just cook in casserole for bout 1hr 30 mins
