Ingredients

    3/4 lb chicken, shredded
    1.66 c water
    1 T olive oil
    1 package rice a roni chicken and wild rice
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1.5 fresh mushroom
    1 c celery
    .5 c red bell pepper

Directions

prepare rice according to pkg directions
combine olive oil, mushroom soup and water
bring to a boil
reduce heat, add chicken and simmer 20 minutes. add vegetables and simmer for 10 more minutes
pour sauce over rice, and serve
