    2 cups sliced yellow squash
    2 cups sliced zucchini
    15 diced Green Giant baby carrots
    1 medium red onion chopped
    1 T Olive Oil



Directions

Heat olive oil on medium heat. Add all ingredients. Reduce heat to low and simmer until tender.
