    you can use Thomas' whole wheat light (100 calorie) english muffins... toast them, top them with light pizza sauce & reduced fat cheese and then microwave for 40 seconds to melt the cheese... saves a little time & they'll still be crunchy if you toast the muffins first! :o) - 7/10/07

    Very Good
    Very good but I wasn't sure how much the recipe called for to get the serving to be 131 calories so I figured it was half an english muffin. Really good with wheat english muffins and basil - 3/23/07
