Ingredients

    # Atlantic Salmon (fish), 250 grams (remove)
    # Ginger Root, 6 tsp (remove)
    # Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped (remove)
    # Cilantro, raw, 6 tbsp (remove)
    # Avocado Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    # Lemon Peel, 1 tsp (remove)
    # *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 0.33 tbsp (remove)

Directions

1. Place ingredients into a food processor and pulse a few times just until ingredients come together. Do not over mix.
2. Form mixture into 4 patties.
3. Heat a large skilled over medium high heat. Add oil and when it’s hot, fry salmon cakes. When golden on the one side, flip and brown the other side. Serve alone or on a bun with desired condiments.

    Very Good
    It sounds sooo yummy but I'm confused about the nutritional info. Your instructions say form into four patties but the nutritional info is for 5 servings, so the calories,etc. have to be higher. - 6/20/09
