Ingredients

    3.5 c whole wheat flour
    2/3 c splenda
    4 t baking powder
    2 eggs
    1.5 c soy milk
    1/4 c canola oil
    1/4 c applesauce
    2 c blueberries

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and backe at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 24 muffins.
