My grandmother used to make a pancake breakfast for the family every Sunday when I was little -- complete with bacon and sausage links. These are by far the very best pancakes I've ever tasted. Ingredients

    2 cups Flour
    2 teaspoons Baking Powder
    1 large pinch of Salt
    1/2 cup of Granulated Sugar
    1 Egg
    2 cups Whole Milk

Directions

Mix all items together, bake on a buttered/oiled griddle.

Recipe makes about 24 average-sized pancakes.
