Ingredients

    1/2 - 10 oz bag of frozen broccoli
    2 - boneless skinless chicken breast (cooked)
    3 cups - long grain white rice
    1 can - broccoli and cheese soup
    1 cup milk
    2 tablespoons - Frenches' fried onions
    1/3c - shreaded chedar cheese

Directions

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

Cut up the chicken breast into bitesize pieces.

Mix the soup and milk together.

In a 5qt casserole dish combine the soup and milk mixture, chicken, frozen broccoli, rice and frenches onions. Sprinkle the chedar cheese on top.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the broccoli is tender.

Makes 6 2-cup servings.
