Ingredients

    1 Pkg Crescent Rolls (8 ea)
    ¼ c. Lite Mayonnaise
    ¼ c. Lite Sour Cream
    1 pkg (8 oz) Lite Neufchatel Cheese (or Cream Cheese)
    ½ sm pkt Ranch Style Dressing
    ½ c. Cheddar Cheese, Grated
    ½ c. Green Onions, Sliced
    ½ c. Broccoli, Chopped
    ½ c. Cauliflower, Chopped
    ½ c. Tomatoes, Diced
    ½ c. Zucchini, Diced

Directions

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Pat separated crescent rolls, cover the bottom of a 9x9 baking pan (do not flatten too thin)
- Bake for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown
- Let cool
- Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, dressing mix and cheddar cheese
- Mix well and spread over the crust
- Make rows of the various veggies on top of the cream cheese spread
- Cover with plastic wrap and press veggies down into the cream cheese spread
- Leave covered and refrigerate 3-4 hours before eating (so flavors blend together)
- Cut into bars
