    2 chicken thigh boned and skinned, chopped into bite size
    1 tbsp soya sauce or to taste
    1 red chillie diced
    1 tsp cooking/olive oil
    100g green beans, chopped into 1 inch pieces
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2-4 tbsp water


Makes 1 serving

marinate chicken with chillies, soya sauce and garlic. (marinating the meat over night makes it tastier or just put in freezer for when you need it)

heat oil in frying pan till smoking
add marinated chicken, cooked till nicely browned
add green beans, cook for 2-3 minutes,
add water till boiling

optional: add 1tsp cornstarch to water first to make sauce thicken
