Introduction

I cooked this up to minimize calories and fat and also to incorporate some healthy veggies from our local farmer's market. I just love the Hunt's Zesty and Spicy Spaghetti sauce-it has great flavor and you can use it as a base for many things! The bread just helps everything come together and thickens it up so it is nice and hearty! Ingredients

!/2 a medium Zucchini, cut up in pieces.
one quarter of a large yellow or white onion
one half of a pound of lean ground beef
    whole wheat pasta
    5-6 baby carrots, cut up
chunks of green and yellow pepper
    3-4 cloves of garlic
one half slice of italian bread
Hunt's Zesty and Spicy Spagetti sauce

Directions

I chop all the vegetables up in the food processor, and then saute them in some olive oil until everything is tender. I then add the ground beef and brown all of that. Crumble the bread in and stir. Add sauce. Let simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Serve with cooked pasta!
