Ingredients

    Pasta, uncooked, 16 oz
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2
    Salsa, 2 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup kernels
    *Philadelphia Light cream cheese, 4 oz.
    *Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, 1 cup
    *Cumin .25 tsp

Directions

Cook Pasta
Cook chicken in large skilleton meduim heat 6 minutes or until done, Add salsa , corn, cream cheese and cumin; simmer on medium-low heat 6 min. or until heated through and cream cheese is melted. Stir occasionally
Drain pasta add to skillet with the shredded cheese, Simmer3 minutes. Top with remaining cheese, Cover . Remove from heat let stand. Make 4 equal servings.

    This was super good and filling. It does make a lot so if you're cooking for two I would cut the recipe in half. - 8/10/09
