Introduction

A very yummy salad that's easy to make and has GOOD fat in it! It's usually enough to fill me up so often i make it the main course of my lunch. A very yummy salad that's easy to make and has GOOD fat in it! It's usually enough to fill me up so often i make it the main course of my lunch.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Romaine Lettuce- 4 leaves
    Onions- raw .5 cup chopped
    Tomatoes- .5 cup chopped
    Cucumber- .5 cucumber-sliced or choppped(i do both)
    Green Olives-16g or 2 tsp(optional but added into nutritional calculations)
    Olive Oil- 1 tbsp
    Balsamic or Red Wine Vinegar- 2 or more tbsp(I use about 3.5 but i really love vinegar!)

Directions

Makes 1 salad (1 serving)
Chop onions, tomatoes, cucumber, and lettuce. Add green olives(optional), mix olive oil and vinegar and add to salad. Add any other vegetables you want... I also add a little bit of black pepper for an extra kick.
