Ingredients

    3 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/4 cup sugar or honey
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp cinammon
    1 cup dried fruits
    1 cup mixed nuts

Directions

mix eggs, vanilla and honey
then add flour and cinammon
then add fruits and nuts
mix all together and pour into loaf pan
bake on 260F for 1 hr. then slice into 1/4 inch pieces (makes 20-25) and put back into oven to toast (laid flat) for 20 min on 350
