Ingredients

1 - 48oz jar spaghetti sauce of your choice (i used prego mushroom)
4 oz cream cheese
1 lb ground turkey (can use ground beef or chuck, or no meat)
Half of a large bag of medium egg noodles
5 slices american cheeese singles
approx 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. I used a round 2-3qt correlle dish with glass lid.
make pasta as directed, except remove from heat and drain just slightly before it is done.
In large skillet brown ground turkey & drain. Return to skillet & add spagetti sauce and cream cheese. On medium heat, heat through & until cream cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
Put enough of sauce in bottom of baking dish to cover. Add half of cooked noodles. Top with 2 1/2 slices of american cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese and then half of the remaing sauce. Put the rest of your cooked noodles on top, then the other 2 1/2 slices of american cheese. Put the remaining sauce over the cheese, and top with mozzarella cheese.
Cover dish & put in oven for 20 minutes. Remove lid/foil and cook for remaining 10 minutes or until cheese on top is brown.
Remove from oven & let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
