My regular meatloaf with no breadcrumbs, made while on South Beach phase 1 although I'm not sure about the ketchup. My regular meatloaf with no breadcrumbs, made while on South Beach phase 1 although I'm not sure about the ketchup.

Ingredients

    2lbs lean ground beef
    2 pkg Onion Recipe and Soup mix
    1/3 cup (80ml) Ketchup
    2 eggs
    3/4 cup water

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix all ingredients in bowl, place in baking pan and cook for 45-60 minutes.
