Ingredients

    ngredients:
    Lentils, 1 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
    Chicken Broth, 5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Salt, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Boca Italian Sausage, 1 serving (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)

Directions

Saute italian turkey sausage in pan until done. Remove from pan, saute carrot, onion & celery for about 6-8 minutes til soft. Add garlic during the last minute of saute. Add lentils, broth, water, salt, pepper, and italian seasonings. Simmer for 20 minutes.
