Introduction

Ingredients

    1 14oz can of sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    3/4 cup onion, chopped
    3/4 of a large red pepper, chopped
    1/4 cup sugar
    4 packets Splenda
    2 T vegetable oil

Directions

Stir sugar, Splenda, and oil together in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss well. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Makes about 6 servings.
