Ingredients

For one ROUND (12-ish inches) baking sheet size pizza use:
• 3/4 batch of Jenny's Whole Wheat Pizza Dough RECIPE (For calculating pizzas - see my other recipes for ingredients and directions!)
• 3/4 cup (Unico Garlic & Basil) Pizza Sauce
• 70g Red Onions, chopped
• 100g Red Bell Peppers, chopped
• 130g Pineapple, fresh OR canned in juice, chopped (tidbits)
• 130g Black Forest Ham, deli meat, chopped
• 180g Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
• 1 tbsp. Canola Oil (for coating the baking sheet before baking!)
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven (325F).
2. Roll the pizza dough out onto a large, OILED cookie sheet.
3. Spread the pizza sauce on the prepared pizza dough.
4. Add a bit of the shredded mozzarella cheese to the prepared crust.
5. Evenly spread the toppings over the crust.
6. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
7. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
8. Remove from oven, let stand a few minutes, and slice into 8 equal pieces.
9. Enjoy! :)
