Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

Shrimp, raw, peeled and deveined, 2 lbs
*Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 0.5 cup
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, .5 cup
    Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp, chopped
Beans, black, 1 can (15 oz)

Directions

Heat oven to 425. (orignal recipe was for a med-high grill)

Arange shrimp in the middle of a large piece of tin foil. (this is where you would drizzle oil and 1t creole seasoning if using-not in nutritional guide as I didn't use them). Top shrimp with cheese, corn, cilantro, and beans (add additional creole hereif using). Fold opposite ends of foil together, crimp to seal.

Place packet on cookie sheet in oven. (if using grill, place on grill). The suggested grill time is 15 mins. It took 30 mins in the oven, I opened packet and stirred after 15). Serve over hot cooked rice (not included in nutritional guide).

Make 6 -3/4 c servings.

Shrimp is very tasty and no big mess to clean up!

* next time I might make oven hotter and or not use cookie sheet to speed up cookie time
