Introduction

This is the best & moistest banana bread you will ever eat! This is the best & moistest banana bread you will ever eat!
Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs (beaten)
    3 med banana
    1/2 cup sour milk (milk with lemon juice)
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    2 cup flour
    1/2 cup nuts (optional)
    or
    1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 325

Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg mixture
Combine milk & banana
Add dry ingredients.
Add vanilla and optionals

Grease pan or line with wax paper.

Bake for 45-60 minutes (depending on pan)

Makes 2 loaves (16 slices per loaf).
