Ingredients

    3 chicken breast, skinless boneless
    1 c peanut butter (smooth)
    2 tsp Thai sweet chili sauce
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp garlic
    3 cups water
    2 chicken bullion cubes

Directions

sprinkle chicken with spices fry in a hot pan until cooked through.
Remove chicken and add 1 cup of water, scrape up bits from pan and bring to a boil, add peanut butter, bouillon and thai sauce stir often
let it cook down and add remaining water let boil until proper consistency
cut chicken and add to sauce
serve over rice
