Ingredients

    3 medium, fresh peaches, diced
2 cups / 10 oz vanilla ice cream
4 oz / 100 g extra creamy heavy whipped cream (or substitute)

Directions

I serve my Peaches 'n' Cream in a margarita glass for a simple, yet elegant presentation.

Fill the bottom pit of the glass with peaches (about 3/4 oz). Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (2.5 oz). Circle the ice cream with the extra creamy whipped cream (3/4 oz).

On top of the ice cream and whipped cream, put the remaining peaches (about 2.75 oz). Now crown your creation with the final dollop of whipped cream (1/4 oz).

It's simple to make, and it's presentation is classically chic.

    Very Good
Sounds good! I will give this a try tonight since we have peaches, but will substitute Bryers fat free ice cream and rediwhip fat free topping for a calorie savings of 75 calories per serving! - 7/9/09
