Introduction

Beautiful to look at and excellent to eat. When you need something to get the kids loving their vegetables, and a little extra fibre, bran, oats and veggies combine with ground meat quite well. Great for dinner or reheat left overs for lunch next day. Beautiful to look at and excellent to eat.
