Spinach Quiche Spinach Quiche

Ingredients

    Butter, salted, .5 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove)
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup (remove)
    Feta Cheese, 6 oz (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9" (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 3.5 extra large (remove)
    *Skim Milk, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

Saute garlic and onion in butter until lightly browned. Stir in spinach, mushrooms, feta and 1/2 cup of cheddar. Season with salt and peppper. Spoon into pie shell. Whisk eggs and milk in small bowl, season with salt and pepper. Pour into pastry shell and season with salt and pepper, combine with spinach mixture. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 15 minutes. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and bake additional 35 to 40 minutes until set in center. Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.
