Ingredients

    2 cans of clams w/ juice
    1 block silken tofu, blended in a food processer
    1 large potato
    2 cups vegetable broth
    4 tbs I can't believe its not butter
    1/4 cup flour
    1 cup 1% milk

Directions

melt butter in a saucepan
soften carrots and celery and diced potato in the butter
add flour to the butter to make a ruex
slowly add broth, then all of the other ingredients
