Ingredients

14 oz Package of Healthy One Turkey Sausage - Sliced
onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder to taste
Franks red hot to taste
1 Fresh green bell pepper
1 can of sweet corn 12 -14 oz
1 14.5 oz can diced tamtoes
1 14.5 can black beans
Directions
Makes 14 .25 Cup servings of the bean/corn mixture with 4 slices of sausage per serving.
Slice sausage and brown in heavy frying pan sprayed with Pam. Toss in diced bell pepper and cook til tender. Add seasonings and mix well. Add corn and diced tomates, bring to a boil.
You can serve over brown rice, with baked tortillas, or in fat free flour tortillas. Nutrional values do not include these options.
