Ingredients

    2 tbsp flour
    2 eggs (can use egg substitutes)
    1/2 cup shredded taco cheese (can sprinkle more on top)
    1/2 tube of sausage (can use veggie sausage crumbles)
    1 refridgerated pie crust
    1 cup milk
    1 10 oz pack of frozen spinach (cook to directions and drain)
    basil
    oregano
    garlic powder - spices to taste in sausage

Directions

bake pie crust at 375 - poke holes in bottom with fork
mixed all other cooked ingredients and other ingredients and pour into baked pie crust, cook at 325 for 30 minutes or until not runny/jiggly.
