    Green Peppers - Cut the tops off and clean out middle

    Mix the below items:
    Ground Turkey
    Eggs - beaten
    Green Onion - chopped
    Red Onion - chopped
    Garlic - chopped
    Cottage Cheese
    Spoon on spaghetti sauce


Combine ingredients except spaghetti sauce. Stuff peppers and spoon 3 TBSP of sauce on top of each stuffed pepper. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
