Introduction

These are amazing. They remind me of sugar cookies but done the healthy way These are amazing. They remind me of sugar cookies but done the healthy way
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 wedges laughing cow cheese ( I used the light kind)
    1/3 cup of butter, softened ( I used margarine)
    1/2 cup of sugar plus 2 tbsp for decoration
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup of flower
    1 tsp of baking powder

Directions

In a large bowl, mix together the laughing cow cheese the butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth

In a separate bowl mix baking soda and the flour and sift and to the first mixture and mix.
roll dough out and cut into shapes place cookie face down in remaining sugar to coat

bake sugar side up for 12 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees / 350

    I am not sure how to do that? this is the first time I have posted a recipe here. I don't even see where you can edit it. I didn't notice it before I posted or it would have been fixed then thanks for the suggestion I will look into it.

    you can use a subsitute if you like. The calories aren't right for these I have to figure out how to change that
