Introduction

Yummy spring salad that is good anytime. Strawberries optional. Yummy spring salad that is good anytime. Strawberries optional.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Dressing:
    4 T Splenda
    4T vinegar
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    Splash of spicy salsa ( I use Valentina)

    Salad:
    8 C Fresh Baby Spinach
    2 oranges, peeled, separated into sections
    6 strawberries, hulled and sliced
    bunch of green onions, chopped

    Garnish:
    1/2 C craisins (or to taste)
    handful of sliced almonds (can also crystallize with sugar for added crunch)

Directions

Combine dressing ingredients and let sit overnight. (The dressing tastes stronger if left overnight, but it is not required).

Combine "Salad" ingredients, garnish with craisins and almonds, add dressing and mix.
