    4 T Splenda
    4T vinegar
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
Splash of spicy salsa ( I use Valentina)

    8 C Fresh Baby Spinach
2 oranges, peeled, separated into sections
    6 strawberries, hulled and sliced
    bunch of green onions, chopped

1/2 C craisins (or to taste)
handful of sliced almonds (can also crystallize with sugar for added crunch)

Combine dressing ingredients and let sit overnight. (The dressing tastes stronger if left overnight, but it is not required).

Combine "Salad" ingredients, garnish with craisins and almonds, add dressing and mix.
