Ingredients

2 Cream Cheese blocks, low fat
2 eggs
Splenda, 1 cup
12 Vanilla Wafers, lower fat
1 Tbspoon of Vanilla
Fresh Fruit Topping
Directions
Put 12 cupcake liners in a cupcake pan. Put wafer in the bottom of each cupcake holder. Blend Cream cheese, eggs, splenda, vanilla together. Pour onto wafer cup. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes. Top with fresh fruit, strawberries, cherries, blueberries.
