Ingredients

    1 large can of refried beans (@28 oz)
    1 lb. ground turkey, browned
    1 14.5 oz can of kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 14.5 oz can of crushed tomatoes, drained slightly
    1 6 oz can of sliced black olives
    1 8 oz container of light sour cream
    1 c. corn (room temperature)
    2 c. shredded cheese

Directions

Brown ground turkey in skillet. Layer ingredients in order given into a large glass baking dish that has been greased. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve with corn chips or Wasa crisps or over rice.

** Easy vegetarian option: no turkey!
