Ingredients

    -1 block tofu
    -1 serving vegan mayo (see my other recipe -- nutritional facts calculated with it, or use Nayonaise)
    -1 shredded carrot
    -1 slice of onion diced
    -1 pickle diced
    -4 Tbsp dried dill
    -salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Crumble tofu in a bowl with hands. Add in all veggies and mayo, mix, and add salt and pepper to taste.
