Introduction

100% natural and 100% delicious! As well as 'good' bacteria for a healthy digestion, yogurt has calcium important for bones - particularly for menopausal women and children. Bananas are full of slow release sugar to sustain you throughout the day and are also high in potassium, which is important to lower high blood pressure. Blueberries are full of fiber and antioxidants. And finally, orange juice is high in Vitamin C - add more or less depending on how thick you want your Smoothie. MmmmMmmm!
Very good! Since it is just be in the house, I drank some and froze what was left. Either eat frozen for dessert, or toss frozen into the blender in the morning for a quick and easy breakfast.

Thanks so much for sharing, I've thoroughly enjoyed this!

Quite good. The blender didn't like the frozen blueberries so I think I will try letting them thaw a bit before adding them next time. Only other comment is that you don't say what size package of blueberries to use so I experimented. Still enjoyed though! - 1/6/10
