This is a modified recipe that my mother has served our family for years. Ingredients

eggs, sausage, cheese, yogurt
Directions
Makes 16 servings. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend eggs and yogurt together with a whisk. Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13" baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes or until eggs are set. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Drizzle with salsa and set aside.
Reduce oven to 300 degrees. Cook and finely crumble turkey sausage in skillet, drain as needed and return to heat, add onion, saute until limp. Spoon sausage mixture over eggs and salsa. Top with cheese. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
Cut and serve.
